What is the Outlet collection?

The Outlet collection features end-of-line and discontinued sofa designs at discounted prices. These designs are being phased out of our standard range — they are not faulty or second-quality items.

Why are outlet sofas cheaper?

They're discontinued designs rather than reduced-quality stock. We discount remaining stock to clear it rather than continuing to hold designs we're retiring from our standard range. The construction and warranty are unchanged.

Will outlet stock be restocked?

No. Outlet stock comes from discontinued lines, so once a specific design, colour or size sells out, it will not be restocked. If you're interested in a particular item, we'd recommend ordering promptly or calling to confirm availability.

What materials are available in the Outlet collection?

Leather Aire, fabric and genuine leather all appear in the Outlet collection at various times, depending on which designs are currently being discontinued.

How often does outlet stock change?

Regularly. Because the collection is made up of discontinued designs rather than an ongoing range, items are added and removed as different lines are phased out. We'd recommend checking back if you don't see what you're looking for today.

Is 0% finance available on outlet sofas?

Yes. 0% interest-free finance is available from £499 across 12, 24 or 36 month terms, including on outlet stock. Apply at checkout in minutes, subject to credit check and approval.

How long does delivery take on outlet sofas?

Most outlet sofas are delivered within 7–10 working days to England and Wales. Delivery is free. You'll receive a confirmed delivery date at checkout and a 2-hour arrival window confirmation the day before.

What's the return policy on outlet sofas?

We offer 14-day returns on outlet sofas, the same as our standard range. If the sofa isn't right, call us within 14 days of delivery on 02476 705 600. We arrange collection and process a full refund, provided the sofa is in its original condition.

What warranty comes with an outlet sofa?

Every outlet sofa comes with the same manufacturer's frame warranty as our standard range, covering structural defects. Warranty claims are handled directly by our team on 02476 705 600.

Can I check if a specific design is in stock before ordering?

Yes. Call us on 02476 705 600 and we can confirm current availability on any item in the Outlet collection before you decide.
