What is included in the fabric sofa sets range?

This range brings together fabric sofas and sofa sets on sale, and in practice it also includes some suede and velvet designs. You will find single 2, 3 and 4 seater sofas and corner sofas as well as matching sets such as 3+2, 3+1 and 3+2+1 combinations. Because it is a mixed, sale-based selection, availability changes often, so check the individual product pages above for what is currently in stock.

What sizes and configurations are available?

The range spans compact 2 seater sofas, 3 and 4 seater sofas, corner and U-shape corner sofas, and a wide choice of matching sets including 2+1, 3+1, 3+2 and 3+2+1 combinations. Some designs are fixed sofas and others are manual or electric recliners. Footprints vary a great deal between a 2 seater and a large set, so always check the individual product page for exact dimensions before ordering.

What materials are the sofas made from?

Most of the range is fabric, but it also includes suede designs, such as the Oakland and Maple ranges, and velvet designs, such as the Sloane and Olympia ranges. Fabric, suede and velvet each look and clean a little differently. Check the individual product title and page for the exact material of each design, as it affects both the look and the day-to-day care.

What is the difference between fabric, suede and velvet?

Fabric is the broadest group, offering a soft, warm feel that is easy to pair with existing furnishings. Suede has a distinctive soft nap that needs to be kept dry and brushed gently rather than wiped. Velvet has a dense, plush pile with a subtle sheen that catches the light and benefits from regular gentle brushing. All three are comfortable; the right one depends on the look you want and how much care suits your home.

Are these sofas fixed or reclining?

Both. Many designs are fixed sofas, while ranges such as Conway, Tanya, Foster and Maple include manual or electric recliners. A recliner lets the seat and backrest tilt back for extra comfort; an electric version does this at the touch of a button and needs a power socket nearby. Check the individual product title to see whether a design is fixed, manual reclining or electric reclining.

What colours are available?

The range covers a broad palette, including grey, charcoal, tan, beige, brown, cream, black and caramel, though the exact choice available depends on current stock. Darker and mid tones such as grey and charcoal hide everyday marks well, while lighter shades such as cream keep a room feeling bright. Check the product pages for the colours currently in stock.

How do I clean and care for these sofas?

Care depends on the material. Vacuum fabric regularly with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away rather than rubbing. Keep suede dry, brush it gently to lift the nap, and avoid soaking it. Brush velvet gently and in one direction to keep the pile even. For all three, follow the specific care code supplied with your sofa, as fabrics vary, and deal with spills promptly.

How long do these sofas last?

A well-made sofa is a long-term piece of furniture. These are built on durable frames with supportive cushioning and made to UK fire safety regulations. On reclining designs, the mechanism lasts longest when operated gently rather than forced. The main things that affect how long any sofa keeps its look are the everyday care it gets and how well spills and marks are dealt with.

Are these sofas suitable for families and pets?

Many are well suited to family life, particularly the mid-tone fabrics that hide everyday marks. Fabric and velvet can hold onto pet hair depending on the weave and pile, and suede needs a little more care, so a wipeable material or a darker shade may suit a busy household better. Trimming pet claws and keeping to a regular cleaning routine helps any of these materials stay looking their best.

Is finance available?

Yes. You can spread the cost with PayPal Pay in 3, Klarna Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 (both interest-free), Clearpay in 4 interest-free fortnightly payments, or DivideBuy for longer-term plans. Finance is subject to a credit check and to status. Full details and representative terms are shown on our finance page, and you are welcome to call the showroom to talk any option through before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock sofas are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery is free to England and Wales and is carried out by our own two-person team, who bring the sofa in and position it, access permitting. Old sofa removal can be booked at checkout. Because this is a sale range with changing stock, delivery timings can vary, so please check availability and timing when you order.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

If your sofa arrives with any damage or a fault, contact our team on 02476 705 600 as soon as possible and we will arrange to put it right. It helps to check the sofa over on delivery and to report any issue promptly, ideally with a photograph, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible for you.

Do I need to assemble the sofa myself?

No. There is no flat-pack building for you to do. Our two-person delivery team brings the sofa or set in and positions it, connecting any sections and fitting any feet on-site, access permitting. For electric reclining models, you simply plug the seats in near a power socket to operate the mechanism, so the sofa is ready to use.

Can I return a sofa and what is the returns window?

Yes. We offer a 14-day change-of-mind returns policy, so you can order with confidence. If you would like to return a sofa, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and our team will talk you through the process. Please keep the item in its original condition, as this helps us handle the return smoothly.

What cover do I get if a fault develops after delivery?

If a fault develops, you are covered by your statutory consumer rights, which require goods to be of satisfactory quality and as described. Alongside this, our 14-day change-of-mind returns policy applies, and we will put right any fault or damage that is reported promptly. If anything is not right with your sofa, call 02476 705 600 as soon as you can and the team will help you sort it out.
